Job summary

Lift Solutions Holdings in East Hazel Crest, IL, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to identify, develop, and grow sales opportunities within the Rigging business through phone, email, and walk‑in customers.

You will respond to inquiries, prepare quotes and orders for rigging equipment, provide product recommendations, stay current on inventory and pricing, and support outside sales reps to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years rigging industry experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Sage 100 ERP.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Customer service orientation and/or sales background.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person counter sales.
• Prepare quotes and process sales orders for rigging equipment.
• Provide product recommendations and technical support based on customer needs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, pricing, and industry standards.
• Support outside sales reps by preparing quotes, managing follow-ups, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
• Build strong relationships with customers and vendors.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Stay current on safety standards, certifications, and rigging best practice.

Position Summary

The Inside Sales Representative will identify, develop, and grow sales opportunities within the Rigging business from new and existing customers through phone and email communication, as well as walk-in customers.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person counter sales (as needed)
• Prepare quotes and process sales orders for rigging equipment (e.g., wire rope, shackles, hoists, slings, chain)
• Provide product recommendations and technical support based on customer needs
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, pricing, and industry standards
• Support outside sales reps by preparing quotes, managing follow-ups, and ensuring timely order fulfillment
• Build strong relationships with customers and vendors
• Maintain accurate records
• Stay current on safety standards, certifications, and rigging best practice

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-2 years Rigging Industry Experience—Preferred.

• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite, and sage 100 ERP, preferred.
• Demonstrated time management and organizational skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and/or sales background.
