Bauer Built is seeking an Inside Sales professional in Eau Claire, WI to assist customers with tire and automotive service selections. You will handle phone calls, emails, and walk-ins, process sales, and coordinate with service staff to ensure timely completion.

• Process sales transactions and maintain records using CRM or POS systems.
• Coordinate with service technicians and staff to ensure timely installation and service completion.
• Stay current on product offerings, promotions, pricing, and industry trends.
• Address customer complaints, concerns, and warranty questions professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized front-counter and work area following safety policies.

What You’ll Do:
