Bauer Built is seeking an Inside Sales professional in Gaylord, MI who helps customers choose tires and automotive services within budget. You will handle calls, emails, and walk-ins, process transactions, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service.

You'll stay informed on product offerings, pricing, and industry trends, while addressing complaints and maintaining a neat front counter in a safety-conscious shop environment.

• Professionally handle incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-in customers.
• Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups using CRM or POS systems.
• Coordinate with service technicians and shop staff to ensure timely installation and service completion.
• Stay current on product offerings, promotions, pricing, and industry trends.
• Address customer complaints, concerns, and warranty questions in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized front-counter and work area while following all safety policies and procedures.
