Bauer Built Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales role at our Muskegon, MI location to assist customers with tire and service selections and to manage sales interactions. The position emphasizes strong customer service, product knowledge, and teamwork with shop staff.

You will handle calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, process transactions, and maintain records in CRM/POS systems while staying current on offerings and promotions. A growth-minded, safety-conscious mindset is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting appropriate tires and automotive services based on their needs and budget.
• Professionally handle incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-in customers.
• Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups using CRM or POS systems.
• Coordinate with service technicians and shop staff to ensure timely installation and service completion.
• Stay current on product offerings, promotions, pricing, and industry trends.
• Address customer complaints, concerns, and warranty questions in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized front-counter and work area while following all safety policies and procedures.
