Job summary

Bauer Built, Inc. in Minnesota is seeking an Hourly Service Lead to organize shop and road service workflows, mentor technicians, and deliver excellent customer service. You will schedule work, guide technicians, ensure safety, and communicate repair timelines to customers.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and prioritize work assignments for tire technicians while managing overall shop and road service workflow.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure all service work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to company and industry standards.
• Provide training, direction, and hands-on support to technicians as needed.
• Reinforce Bauer Built’s commitment to safety by ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining clean, organized work areas.
• Communicate repair updates and estimated completion timelines to customers.
• Perform service work in the shop or through road service calls when needed.
• Participate in limited after-hours service call rotations, typically as a secondary technician.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new service technicians, ensuring required documentation and training requirements are completed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
