Job summary

Bauer Built in Dubuque, IA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in daily store operations, staff training, and driving performance. You will oversee technicians, support service and repair work, and help meet sales and profitability goals in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, effective communication, and attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining safety and policy compliance across the tire center.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and oversight to technicians and assist as needed with services and repairs.
• Support achievement of sales targets and profitability goals at the location.
• Ensure the tire center operates in compliance with all company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support the implementation of new initiatives and strategic goals.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, merchandising, and loss prevention.
• Regularly review safety protocols with the team and ensure consistent compliance with all safety procedures.
