Job summary

Axos Invest, Inc. is recruiting a Licensed Relationship Manager in San Diego, CA to build and deepen client relationships and present financial solutions. The role emphasizes cross-selling banking products, meeting sales goals, and collaborating with Small Business and Lending teams.

The position is commission eligible and requires understanding of credit, investments, and diversified client needs. Expect travel/meetings and adherence to Axos’ compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Educate clients on alternative banking solutions including investment vehicles and non-FDIC insured products
• Responsible for forming and maintaining connections with clients through Customer Relationship Management strategies
• Actively engages with customer portfolio for growth, risk mitigation, referral opportunity and retention.
• Sales activity: direct calling, appointment setting, networking activities, outbound phone calls, e-mail, trade conferences, appropriate social media marketing.
• Actively cross-sells appropriate banking solutions to new and existing clients. Partners with Small Business and Lending to meet customers financial needs.
• Is responsible to meet individual assigned sales goals of deposit, mortgage, invest account generation, fee income and new relationships to the bank.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

This is a commission eligible role.

About This Job

Licensed Relationship Managers create and foster relationships with clients and partners. They introduce financial solutions, deepen relationships with clients and provide support across a broad range of client needs. Licensed RM's understand the company’s responsible growth strategy, operations and compliance initiatives. Licensed RM's are focused on increasing assets and generating revenue to the bank.
