Job summary

CoStar Group's Homes.com is expanding its Inside Sales team with a Sales Associate position. You will act as a strategic digital marketing partner to residential real estate professionals, helping clients maximize online presence, generate leads, and achieve business goals through Homes.com's marketing solutions.

In this role, you will conduct consultative virtual sales presentations, proactively develop business, and manage relationships to grow revenue.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of customer-facing sales-related experience, preferably B2B, with a track record of meeting quotas.
• Proven ability to grow revenue from existing customers, retain revenue, drive renewals, and upsell/cross-sell.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic relationships to drive advertising revenue via subscription models.
• Conduct outbound calls to prospect and build a sales pipeline to close new business.
• Educate prospects through virtual demonstrations of Homes.com's marketing solutions.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics.
• Partner with colleagues to drive Homes.com revenue and deliver outstanding customer support.
