Job summary

Peoplelink Group is seeking an Inside Program Manager to oversee our on-site staffing program for a valued client. You’ll lead day-to-day operations, foster client partnerships, and drive performance within a collaborative, high-achieving team.

Ideal candidates bring an associate or higher education, strong MS Office and Excel skills, and excellent verbal and written communication. This on-site role in Texas offers a Monday–Friday schedule and a competitive $55k–$65k salary.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree or high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of general staffing HR duties.
  • Strong verbal and written communication; self-starter.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze hiring needs and create client-specific recruiting plans.
  • Assist HR reps, supervisors or temps with employment needs via ongoing communication.
  • Build relationships with HR staff and temporary workers to provide excellent service.
  • Document all candidate communications in the operational software system.
  • Create and maintain reports tracking weekly metrics, orders, fill time, turnover, headcount, KPIs.
  • Supervise, train, or coach on-site team members as needed.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Peoplelink Group is seeking an Inside Program Manager to oversee our on-site staffing program for a valued client. Schedule

Monday- Friday 6am-3pm and available for emergencies outside regular hours

Compensation

$55k-$65k

How You’ll Do It
  • Analyzes hiring needs, determines best standard recruiting methods, and creates/deploys client-specific and/or role-specific recruiting plans.
  • Assist HR representatives, supervisors or temporary employees with all temporary employment needs through ongoing client communication and regular meetings.
  • Establish strong working relationships with all HR representatives, supervisors, and temporary employees to develop trust and provide excellent customer service.
  • Responsible for documenting all candidate or associate communications into the operational software system.
  • Create and maintain multiple reports tracking and accurately demonstrating weekly metrics, open orders, fill time, turnover, headcount, KPI's, and other reports as determined.
  • May supervise, train, mentor, and coach additional on-site team members.
  • All other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Bring
  • Associate degree or High School degree (or equivalent), preferred - or -
  • Equivalent combination of education, training, and recent, relevant industry experience.
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office applications and advanced skills in Excel required
  • Knowledge and experience with general staffing HR/duties
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, must be a self-starter with a strong drive to succeed

Physical Requirements

To successfully perform the duties of this job, the staff associate is required to have the ability and skills sufficient to communicate and visit other offices, prospects and clients. In addition, the staff associate must have the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch and manipulate light to medium weights of 10 - 50 pounds. Requires good hand/eye coordination, arm/hand/ finger dexterity including the ability to grasp and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate office equipment and read and write the application information. The staff associate is frequently required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear.
