Becker Wright Consultants in San Antonio, TX, is seeking a bilingual Staffing Recruiter to source, screen, and interview candidates for manufacturing, technical, semiconductor, and engineering roles. This on-site role emphasizes high-volume hiring and building a strong local talent network.

You will manage multiple requisitions, present profiles to clients, coach candidates through offers, and collaborate with account managers to refine job requirements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience recruiting is required in a high-volume staffing environment.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, required.
• Able to work independently and in a small team.
• Clear, persuasive spoken and written communication; comfortable on the phone.
• Responds well to questions or objections; self-starter with a strong work ethic.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with standard software.
• Supports organization goals and values.

Responsibilities

• Sources, screens, and interviews candidates for manufacturing, light technical, semiconductor, and engineering roles.
• Manages multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
• Compiles written candidate profiles for clients.
• Collaborates with account/hiring managers to define job requirements and best recruiting strategies.
• Extends offers and coaches candidates through negotiation and acceptance.
• Generates potential business leads and tracks progress in ATS.
• Develops and maintains a network of active and passive candidates.
• Uses LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed and other sources to identify candidates.
• Position is based in the San Antonio office.

Job Summary & Responsibilities

• Sources, screens, and interviews potential job candidates for open positions focused in the manufacturing, light technical, semiconductor, and engineering industries
• Processes multiple open job requisitions at a time
• Compiles written candidate profile to present to clients
• Coordinates with account manager and hiring manager to determine job requirements and best recruiting process for high-volume positions
• Extends verbal and written job offers, while coaching candidate through negotiation and acceptance
• Generates potential business leads
• Uses Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidates and job stages
• Develops and maintains network of both active and passive candidates
• Utilizes various resources to identify candidates, including internal ATS, LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed, and other web platforms
• This position is based in our San Antonio office

Job Qualifications & Skills

• 2+ years of experience recruiting is required. Experience in a high-volume contract staffing agency environment focused on light technical, semiconductor, manufacturing, data center, and/or engineering roles
• Fluent in both English and Spanish, required.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and in a small team setting
• Speaks and writes clearly, persuasively, and professionally. Comfortable speaking on the phone.
• Responds well to questions or objections
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and desire to drive business
• Understanding of basic computer skills/programs
• Supports organization's goals and values
