The Best Roofing company in the Detroit and Grand Rapids markets is seeking an Inside Phone Representative. This role focuses on customer development and appointment scheduling, and satisfaction after sales, completing post-install paperwork, and presenting additional services over the phone.

You will contact homeowners to schedule estimates, perform post-install follow-ups, confirm successful installations, and handle final paperwork with precision.

Qualifications

• Phone sales and customer service experience in Home Improvement industry preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to explain products and services.
• Attention to detail with paperwork and documentation.

Position: Inside Phone Representative

This role focuses on customer development and appointment scheduling and satisfaction after sales, completing post-install paperwork, and presenting additional services or options for the customers over the phone.
