Position: Call Center Customer Service Representative - This role focuses on customer development, appointment scheduling, customer satisfaction after sales, completing post-install paperwork, and presenting additional services or options to customers over the phone.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Contact homeowners and schedule estimate appointments
• Call homeowners after installation to perform post-checks
• Confirm successful installation and customer satisfaction
• Complete final paperwork and approvals
• Present additional products, upgrades, or services if needed

Required Skills:

• Strong phone sales skills and customer service experience in Home Improvement Industry preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to explain products and services
