Qualifications

• Age 18+ with a High School Diploma or GED.
• Current Loan Originator license or eligibility to obtain one after hire.
• Ability to manage personal finances and maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Solicit, receive, and originate applications for consumer residential mortgages.
• Oversee loan processing from origination to closing, ensuring timely updates to customers.
• Contact consumers to establish new business opportunities and educate them about loan options.
• Explain loan terms, rates, fees, and costs to help borrowers understand the process.
• Gather consumer information and initiate the loan process; manage applications through closing.
