Job summary

Topsider Homes, designer and fabricator of high-end post & beam homes, is expanding its inside sales force in Clemmons, NC. This full-time, in-office role handles inbound inquiries, with no cold calling and minimal travel, focusing on phone and email outreach to prospective clients worldwide.

Qualifications

• Professional sales experience, preferably in upscale consumer products.
• Basic understanding of residential building fundamentals; training provided.
• Computer and Internet literacy, plus ability to craft written correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries with heavy inbound lead handling; no cold calls.
• Manage high volume of phone and email communications from prospects.
• Coordinate follow-ups and proposals from Clemmons, NC office.
