Job summary

Topsider Building Systems, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Architectural Designer to join our Design & Technical Services Department in Clemmons, NC. This role is focused on high-end residential design, requiring strong design and plan development skills. The ideal candidate has a degree in Architectural Design, a minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design with residential work, and excellent client interaction skills. We offer a starting salary from $75,000 and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of architectural design experience including residential design work.
• Direct client interaction required.
• General knowledge of building codes required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients, sales staff, and project managers to develop designs.
• Coordinate with the CADD Manager on architectural drawings and shop details.
• Work with consulting engineers, building officials, and contract partners.
