Mission
You will own an ultra-targeted territory of ~2,000 high-value founders, operators and CMOs who already follow our leadership team (200 k+ social followers). Your mission is toprospect, run the sales process end-to-end, and close new business that fuels Thoughtleadr’s next stage of growth.
Key Outcomes (First 12 Months)
What success looks like Target Why it matters Pipeline creation Consistently add 25–30 net-new qualified opportunities to your pipe every month through personalized social/email outreach, warm referrals and strategic calling blocks. Fresh pipe is the lifeblood of revenue growth. Meetings held 45 discovery / demo meetings per month (a combination of self-sourced, booked by an SDR and inbound). High activity keeps velocity high. Closing $1.3 million+ in new ARR or 84+ won deals in year one, with a linear ramp. Direct contribution to company ARR target. Sales cycle ≤ 30 days average from first call to signature. We win by moving fast and keeping momentum. CRM hygiene & forecasting 100 % of opportunities accurately staged and next-step-dated; forecast within ±10 %. Gives leadership a dependable revenue picture.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Full-cycle sales: Source, qualify, run discovery, demo our content-creation service, negotiate, and close.
  • Personalized multichannel outreach: 50 high-quality touchpoints a day (mix of X DMs, LinkedIn, email, phone).
  • Territory planning: Prioritize your 2 k accounts by ICP fit, buying signal and social engagement.
  • Deal strategy: Tailor business cases and ROI stories for founders, marketers and chief-of-staff personas.
  • Collaboration: Tight hand-off to Delivery & Customer Success; capture voice-of-customer for Product & Marketing.
  • Continuous improvement: A/B test sequences and talk tracks; share wins and losses in weekly sales retro.
What You Bring
  • 2–4 yrs full-cycle new-business experience (AE, Senior SDR or similar) in a high-velocity B2B environment.
  • Quota crusher: Documented history of 100 %+ to goal.
  • Social-selling chops: You live on LinkedIn and know-how to turn a like or comment into a sales convo.
  • Phone & video skills: Confident, consultative, objection-master.
  • CRM discipline: HubSpot (or similar) power-user.
  • Grit & ownership: You love the scoreboard and never wait for someone else to fix a problem.
Compensation & Perks
  • Competitive base salary + uncapped commission ($4k/month and 6% on TCV of any deal closed. We expect 10 deals of $16k/month, equating to $160k of closed business and $9.6k in commissions every month, on top of the base salary).
  • Fully remote with flexible hours (core calling blocks: 8-9 a.m., 12-1 p.m., 5-6 p.m. EST).
