Job summary

New Day Insurance is growing in Tennessee and is hiring an Inside Sales Agent to join our team in Ooltewah. You will work our existing book of clients to handle service, identify coverage gaps, and cross-sell products to protect customers, with a focus on growing and retaining the book.

The role offers a base pay plus commission and bonuses, with a schedule Monday through Friday in the office. Insurance experience is a plus, training is provided, and opportunities to advance as the agency grows.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sales or customer service preferred; training provided.
• Must complete licensing and participate in ongoing training and coaching.
• Motivated by clear goals and results; integrity and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer service from start to finish, providing exceptional service.
• Identify coverage gaps and cross-sell additional products to better protect customers.
• Educate customers so they fully understand and feel confident in their coverage.
• Execute proactive follow-ups to maintain strong client relationships and protect retention.
• Follow agency processes on every service and sales call.
