Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside sales support or related equipment sales experience.
• Proven experience in inside sales or customer-facing roles.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries by phone and email.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify customer needs and propose equipment solutions.
• Prepare accurate quotes, process orders, and track progress in CRM.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure timely equipment delivery.
• Follow up on leads and drive sales to closure.
