Jonus Group is seeking a motivated Commercial P&C Insurance - Wholesale Inside Broker to build a commercial book of business. You will work with agency and carrier relationships, support renewals, and drive new business growth in a fully remote role.

The position offers a base salary of $100,000-$125,000 plus commissions; 7.5% on new and renewal up to $1M and 10% beyond. Total commissions up to $175,000 on $2M in business; benefits include health, dental, vision, PTO, and flexible schedule.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
• 3-5+ years of commercial insurance experience (required).
• Active FL 2-20 License.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
• Strong competitive drive and a results-oriented mindset.
• Proven ability to manage both new business and renewals effectively.
• Existing underwriting and agency relationships are a significant advantage.

Job Summary

Seeking highly motivated and experienced Commercial P&C Insurance - Wholesale Inside Brokers to join a growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing and expanding a commercial insurance book of business. You will work closely with key agency and carrier relationships, support renewals, and drive new business growth. This is a full-time, remote position with opportunities for significant earning potential and career advancement.

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
• Commission Structure:
  • 7.5% commission on new and renewal business up to $1 million ($75,000 in commission)
  • 10% commission on business exceeding $1 million ($100,000 in commission for the next $1 million)
  • Total potential commission for $2 million in business: $175,000
