Job summary

The Jonus Group is seeking highly motivated and experienced Commercial P&C Insurance - Wholesale Inside Brokers to join a growing team. In this role you will develop and expand a commercial insurance book of business, work closely with agency and carrier relationships, support renewals, and drive new business growth.

This is a full-time, remote position with significant earning potential and career advancement.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of commercial insurance experience.
• Active FL 2-20 license.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Job Summary

Seeking highly motivated and experienced Commercial P&C Insurance - Wholesale Inside Brokers to join a growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing and expanding a commercial insurance book of business. You will work closely with key agency and carrier relationships, support renewals, and drive new business growth. This is a full-time, remote position with opportunities for significant earning potential and career advancement.

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
• Commission Structure:
  • 7.5% commission on new and renewal business up to $1 million ($75,000 in commission)
  • 10% commission on business exceeding $1 million ($100,000 in commission for the next $1 million)
  • Total potential commission for $2 million in business: $175,000
