Job summary

Strategic Value Publishing is seeking an Entry Level Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. You will sell advertising solutions to businesses nationwide from our Charlotte office using phone and online channels.

Starting annual compensation is $60,000 with uncapped commissions. Benefits include employer-contributed medical insurance for employees and dependents, an HSA, and PTO plus sick time. You will engage with pre-qualified leads and drive the full cycle from contact to close.

Qualifications

• Role requires proven ability to communicate clearly via phone and online.
• Ability to manage a high-volume sales process end-to-end.
• Experience with CRM and sales tracking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell advertising space and marketing solutions via phone and virtual meetings
• Conduct high-volume outbound and inbound calls
• Build rapport with business owners and decision-makers
• Present options clearly and professionally
• Close new business and upsell existing clients
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
• Maintain records of sales activity in the CRM
