As an Inside Admissions Representative, you will:
Initiate and respond to calls from prospective students interested in CDL training
Schedule in-person admissions appointments for Outside Admissions Representatives
Assist prospective students with questions and guide them through the admissions process
Use provided scripts (with some flexibility) to conduct professional and persuasive phone conversations
Pre-qualify candidates based on admissions criteria
Accurately maintain call logs, appointment records, and lead activity
Collaborate with team members to support admissions and enrollment goals
Consistently meet personal performance targets that contribute to campus-wide success
Important to note: This is not a cold-calling position. All prospective students have already expressed interest in our programs and are seeking more information.

High School Diploma or GED required; post-secondary coursework preferred
At least 2 years of experience in telemarketing, call center, customer service, or sales
Outstanding verbal communication and listening skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
A professional, encouraging, and persuasive phone presence
Ability to work a steady weekday schedule, plus some evenings and Saturdays
