Are you passionate about helping people achieve their educational goals? In this role, you’ll be the first in‑person connection for prospective students, meeting them one‑on‑one to provide guidance and information about our CDL programs.
Meet with prospective students and their families at scheduled appointments, primarily in their homes, and occasionally at nearby community locations.
Share information about NETTTS programs, tuition, and training pathways.
Guide candidates through the next steps in the admissions process, connecting them with the Financial Aid team as needed.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and provide timely updates to the Inside Admissions team.
Represent NETTTS professionally and enthusiastically, helping candidates feel informed and supported.
3+ years of experience in admissions, sales, or a customer‑facing role (experience in trucking, trades, or education is a plus).
High School Diploma/GED required; higher education preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow a schedule with attention to detail.
Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel locally for scheduled appointments.
