Alphagraphicsfranchise is seeking an Account Manager based in The Woodlands, Texas. The primary responsibility will be to increase inside sales while ensuring a positive customer experience. The role involves managing customer inquiries, creating job estimates, and supporting the Account Executive.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of CRM tools. Experience in account management and knowledge of printing processes is preferred.

Qualifications

• Account Management experience is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of printing and prepress requirements is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent writing skills are needed.
