TACO Metals, Sparta, TN is seeking an Inside Account Manager to own, retain, and grow an assigned portfolio of customer accounts. You will be the primary business contact, drive profitable sales growth, and coordinate internal resources to deliver strong customer results.

This role emphasizes strategic account ownership, retention, and long-term value. You will engage in pricing discussions, cross-selling, and customer business reviews while supporting quotations and service resolutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Own an assigned portfolio of customer accounts and act as primary contact.
• Develop and execute account strategies, growth plans, and retention plans.
• Analyze revenue, margin, and product penetration; identify opportunities and risks.
• Prepare quotations and support quote-to-order conversion.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Marketing to support growth.
• Maintain CRM records and provide regular business reviews with customers.
