Job summary

Virtualite Business Process Outsourcing Services is hiring for an inside account sales representative to manage and grow client relationships. You will engage prospects and current accounts, identify appropriate service solutions, and build long-term partnerships.

You will qualify leads, present tailored solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing success across renewals and upsell opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective and existing clients through outbound calls, email outreach, and follow-ups.
• Qualify leads and identify client needs through discovery conversations.
• Present Virtualite’s services and recommend tailored solutions.
• Manage account activity, notes, and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
• Support renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and client experience.
