Qualifications

• Sales experience or internship preferred.
• Bachelor degree preferred, high school diploma required.
• Effective negotiation skills and objection handling.
• Coachable, able to work independently with minimal instruction and adapt to change.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a strong work ethic.
• Team-oriented with a competitive drive to be top performer.
• Willing to listen, learn and apply strategies from top-tier training.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage with all levels of management and clients.
• Ability to leverage partnerships with DHL, UPS and carriers to tailor solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead presentations with executives/owners of businesses with frequent shipping volume.
• Partner with operations and account management for customer satisfaction.
• Sell solutions through cost-benefit analysis and present customized needs.
• Coordinate and manage all aspects of the proposal process.
• Close, activate and train decision makers on our exclusive shipping platform.
• Manage multiple accounts ensuring high customer retention and satisfaction.
• Meet monthly quotas.
• Engage with customers daily and develop campaigns for loyalty.
• Record changes to customer accounts and service packages.
