Key Responsibilities:

• Lead presentations with executives/owners of businesses with frequent shipping volume
• Partner with the operations and account management teams for optimal customer satisfaction
• Solution selling; effectively present solutions through cost-benefit analysis
• Present a streamlined technology solution developing a detailed analysis of customized needs in challenging areas and lanes
• Take the lead in coordinating/developing/managing all aspects of the proposal process
• Close, activate and train decision makers on our exclusive shipping platform
• Manage multiple accounts, ensuring that a high level of customer retention and satisfaction is maintained
• Meet monthly quotas
• Engage with multiple customers on a daily basis by reaching out to new clients, and by developing campaigns for maintaining customer loyalty
• Record changes to customer accounts by updating service packages, adding accounts, and removing accounts as needed

Required Qualifications and Competencies

• Sales experience, sales internship or related experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma required
• Effective negotiation skills and objection handling
• Ability to be coachable, work independently with little instruction and adapt to change
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a strong work ethic
• Team-oriented peer, with a thirst to compete to be the most valuable player
• Ability to listen, learn and implement strategies from our Top Tier training program
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and interact with all levels of management and clients
• Ability to leverage our strategic partnerships with DHL International, UPS and various Carriers to provide the best customized solution to manage and exceed our customer's needs.
