Impact Connects is seeking an Inserter Operator II to set up and run inserting equipment across two shifts in Saint Cloud, MN. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to SOPs.

With 2–3 years inserting experience and basic English literacy, you will lead a small crew, ensure quality and output, and rotate to different machine positions as needed. Competitive pay and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2–3 years of progressive inserting experience.
• Ability to read and write basic English and follow tickets.
• Basic math for counting and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow work tickets precisely.
• Operate inserting equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure quality and quantity targets for each job.
• Lead machine crew, train temps, and report issues to supervisor.
• Set up inserter and sort/containerize mail classes.
• Maintain clean production areas and assist cross-training.
