Job summary

ClearSky Health is seeking a Therapy Technician to support licensed therapists and provide hands-on care to patients in a hospital setting. You will assist with basic care tasks, document vital signs, and help prepare the therapy gym and treatment spaces.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 2 years inpatient hospital experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Knowledge of infection prevention and proper body mechanics.
• Ability to work with therapy staff and interdisciplinary team.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care including bathing, toileting, ambulation.
• Transfer patients using proper body mechanics.
• Document vital signs and intake/output.
• Assist therapy staff and interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain safe, clean therapy gym environment.
