Qualifications

• Knowledge of current clinical operations and procedures.
• Demonstrates knowledge of Infection Prevention and proper body mechanics.
• Demonstrates general computer skills including data entry, word processing, email, and records management.
• Demonstrates clinical proficiency utilizing policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes and delivers basic patient care and comfort measures.
• Transfers patients using proper body mechanics.
• Documents vital signs and intake/outtake measurements.
• Reports changes in patient condition to staff.
• Assists in preparing and maintaining gym/therapy spaces.
• Supports admission, discharge, and transfer processes.
