ClearSky Health's Rehabilitation Hospital of Eau Claire is seeking a Therapy Technician to join our brand-new, state-of-the-art facility opening December 2026. Under supervision of a licensed therapist, you will provide support care to patients and therapy staff, helping deliver efficient, organized, and compassionate care that aligns with our values.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, current BLS certification, and preferred experience in an inpatient hospital setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of inpatient hospital experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Knowledge of infection prevention procedures and safety.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrates clinical proficiency and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care under supervision (bathing, toileting, mobility).
• Document vital signs and care data in records.
• Report changes in patient condition to nursing/therapy staff.
• Assist with admission, discharge, and transfer processes.
• Prepare and maintain gym/therapy spaces and equipment.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment per infection control standards.
• Collaborate with therapists and interdisciplinary team to deliver care.
