Job summary

ClearSky Health is seeking a Therapy Technician to support licensed therapists and care teams in a hospital setting. You will help with patient care tasks, assist therapists, and help maintain a safe, clean environment for healing.

Responsibilities include documenting vitals, assisting with admissions and transfers, and ensuring adherence to infection prevention standards. A high school diploma or GED and a current BLS are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years inpatient hospital experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Knowledge of infection prevention and patient safety protocols.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care under supervision of a licensed therapist.
• Document vital signs and intake/output; report changes to staff.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining therapy gym and environment.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers when needed.
• Maintain safety, infection prevention standards, and proper body mechanics.
