Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of inpatient hospital experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers basic patient care including toileting, bathing, and comfort measures.
• Transfers patients using proper body mechanics and safe handling.
• Documents vital signs and records intake/output and weights.
• Reports changes in patient condition to nursing or therapy staff.
• Assists in preparing and maintaining gymnasium and therapy spaces.
• Maintains safety and infection prevention standards and equipment.
