ClearSky Health is seeking a Patient Care Technician to provide direct bedside care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse in an inpatient hospital setting. The role emphasizes infection prevention, patient safety, and compassionate care.

You will document vitals and patient data, assist with activities of daily living, and help prepare rooms and beds for admissions. Strong communication and teamwork are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• At least 2 years of inpatient hospital experience preferred.
• Knowledge of infection prevention and patient safety procedures.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct, non-invasive bedside care under RN supervision.
• Document vital signs, intake/output, and weights.
• Assist with bathing, feeding, grooming, and mobility.
• Prepare patient rooms and beds for admissions.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized patient areas.
• Respond to patient and family calls promptly.
• Document charges using hospital system.
