Qualifications

• ASHA CCC required or eligible with AZ licensure.
• BLS certification prior to starting employment.
• Current licensure in Speech-Language Pathology for the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implements an individualized therapy plan for speech, language, swallowing and cognitive goals.
• Maintains accurate documentation and billing in the patient’s medical record.
• Collaborates with physicians, family and interdisciplinary teams for discharge planning.
