Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a Speech Pathologist for our Network PT/OT Therapy Float Pool. This PRN, day-shift position supports inpatient care across several medical centers, including NICU experience and ASHA certification requirements.

The role emphasizes evaluation and treatment of speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice and swallowing disorders for patients of all ages, with collaborative care plans and thorough documentation in the medical record.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-approved program.
• Current AZ License to Practice Speech Language Pathology with CCC from ASHA or a Temporary AZ License in Speech Language Pathology.
• Must have NICU experience; ASHA certification required; willingness to work across multiple medical centers.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, and swallowing disorders across patients of all ages.
• Develop and update care plans with patients and families, in collaboration with physicians and the care team.
• Provide evidence-based therapy and document outcomes, maintain compliance with ASHA and regulatory standards.
