Qualifications

• Masters in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-approved program.
• Licensure as Speech-Language Pathologist (AZ license or eligible).
• Strong customer service and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and update care plans with goals and discharge planning in collaboration with patients and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the medical record and complete billing as required.
• Communicate with physicians, nurses, and case managers to support optimal outcomes.
• Supervise clinical fellows in accordance with ASHA requirements and department policies.
• Participate in rounds and contribute to process improvements within the department.
