Job summary

Penn State Health Holy Spirit Medical Center in Camp Hill is seeking an RN Inpatient Telemetry Nurse for the 8 West unit. This full-time, 0.90 FTE night shift roles offers a 5.00/hour night differential and hours 7:00p–7:00a.

The RN cares for inpatients, develops care plans, administers medications, and maintains accurate records while monitoring patient changes. A BSN is preferred; ACLS/BLS are required or encouraged.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or multi-state license (NLC)
• BLS certification required prior to orientation
• ACLS certification required prior to end of orientation (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health problems and create nursing care plans.
• Administer nursing care and medications, monitor reactions and side effects.
• Maintain detailed medical records and monitor patient condition.
• Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
