Job summary

Penn State Health Holy Spirit Medical Center in Camp Hill, PA is seeking an RN Inpatient for the Emergency Nursing unit. The role supports acute inpatient care, with a 7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m. schedule and a $5/hour night differential.

A 0.90 FTE and full benefits are offered, including a $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible applicants. Minimum qualifications include current RN license and BLS; ACLS/PALS within six months. A Bachelor's in Nursing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of employment or multi-state license (NLC).
• AHA BLS certification required prior to orientation.
• ACLS and PALS certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health problems and needs and develop nursing care plans.
• Administer nursing care and medications; monitor for reactions and side effects.
• Maintain detailed records and advise on health maintenance and disease prevention.
