Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of employment or multi-state license via compact.
• BLS certification required prior to orientation.
• ACLS and PALS certification required within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health problems and needs; develop and implement nursing care plans.
• Maintain accurate medical records and patient medications; monitor for reactions and side effects.
• Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Document symptoms and changes in patient condition and report to the team.
