UW Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the 100% FTE Evening shift (1430 - 2300) at Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, IL. You will work at 1401 E State St, with a sign-on bonus up to $15,000 and shift differentials.

Eligible for a strong benefits package including PTO, medical/dental/vision, retirement, and tuition assistance. Required to graduate from an accredited nursing program, hold Illinois RN licensure, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualificações

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program. Required.
• Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required.
• Current RN licensure to practice in Illinois. Required.
• Bi-annual CPR certification. Required.
• Must possess a current, valid driver's license. Upon Hire Required.
• Specialty certification in area of concentration. Preferred.
• 9th Floor ACLS certification within two years of hire. Preferred.

Work Schedule:

100% FTE, Evening shift, 1430 - 2300. You will work at UW Health Swedish American Hospital 1401 E State St.

Additional components of compensation may include:

Evening, night, and weekend shift differential

Overtime

On-call pay

Shift Differentials:

$4/hr for weekday evenings, $5/hr for weekday nights, $4.25/hr for weekend days, $8.25/hr for weekend evenings, $9.25/hr for weekend nights.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing program. Required

Work Experience

• 911 Call Center Triage Only - 2 years experience in an Emergency Room setting or Psychiatric Nursing setting. Required
• 911 Call Center Triage Only - Community nursing experience. Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

• Current RN licensure to practice in the State of Illinois. Required

• Must possess a current, valid driver's license issued by the individual's state of residence. Upon Hire Required
