UW Health Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, IL, seeks a registered nurse for 100% FTE, evening shift (1430–2300) at 1401 E State St. Eligible for sign-on bonus up to $15,000 and shift differentials.

Requires RN license in Illinois, CPR, HS diploma or equivalent, and nursing program graduation. Two years ER or psychiatric nursing experience preferred; on-call/pay details and comprehensive benefits apply.

Qualificações

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing program. Required.
• Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required
• Bi-annual CPR certification. Required
• Current RN licensure to practice in the State of Illinois. Required
• Specialty certification in area of concentration. Preferred

Responsabilidades

• 2 years’ experience in an Emergency Room setting or Psychiatric Nursing setting. Required.
• 911 Call Center Triage Only – Community nursing experience preferred

Job Description

Work Schedule

100% FTE, Evening shift, 1430 - 2300. You will work at UW Health Swedish American Hospital 1401 E State St.

Additional components of compensation may include:

• Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
• Overtime
• On-call pay

Shift Differentials

$4/hr for weekday evenings, $5/hr for weekday nights, $4.25/hr for weekend days, $8.25/hr for weekend evenings, $9.25/hr for weekend nights.

• Must possess a current, valid driver’s license issued by the individual’s state of residence. Upon Hire Required
• Specialty certification in area of concentration. Preferred
• 9th Floor Only: ACLS certification within two years of hire. Preferred
