Qualifications

• Graduate from a Registered Nursing education program.
• Continuing education required to maintain active Licensure.

Responsibilities

• Use nursing process to provide patient-focused care from admission to discharge.
• Coordinate the care plan with medical team and implement the Patient Care Plan.
• Assist physician with rounds, exams and procedures.
• Maintain age-specific competencies for all patient groups.
• Administer treatments and medications safely across routes.
• Document and report patient data and changes in condition.
