Qualifications

• 2 years of experience required
• Travel experience required
• Acute hospital experience required
• Must have a valid nursing license
• BLS certification required
• Experience with discharge planning and managing large case loads
• Able to handle up to 20 patient assignments per day
• Patient ratio of 3:5 context familiarity

Responsibilities
