Job summary

Geisinger is seeking a full-time Inpatient Registered Nurse to care for patients on evenings and nights. The role offers a $41.00 minimum hourly rate with higher rates for experience and up to $7 shift differentials, plus relocation assistance for eligible candidates.

Competitive benefits start on day one, including multiple medical plans and a generous tuition reimbursement. Shifts are 7pm–7:30am, every other weekend and holiday.

Qualifications

• Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing (Required).
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management preferred.
• RN licensure/credentials required.

Responsibilities

• Assess plans, organize, perform, and evaluate nursing activities.
• Promote safety and patient satisfaction.
• Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary team.
• Provide direct patient care including treatments and medications.
• Evaluate effectiveness of nursing interventions and revise care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to meet unit goals.
