Geisinger is seeking a full-time Inpatient Registered Nurse. The role offers a $24,000 signing incentive for eligible candidates and a starting rate of $41.50 per hour, with increased rates for experienced staff and pay differentials for evening, night, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing (Required).
• Inpatient RN practice with focus on patient safety and quality care.
• Temporary Practice Permit until NCLEX may be used where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, perform and evaluate nursing activities for patients.
• Coordinate care with physicians, staff and family.
• Provide direct patient care including treatments and medications.
• Promote patient safety, satisfaction and education throughout hospitalization.
• Engage in unit-based decisions and evidence-based practice.
