Geisinger is hiring for a full-time Inpatient Registered Nurse. The position offers a $24,000 hiring incentive for eligible candidates and a $41.50 per hour minimum hiring rate, with shift differentials for evening, night, and weekend shifts.

Relocation assistance is available for eligible applicants. The role requires assessing, planning, and delivering evidence-based nursing care in a 36-hour weekly schedule across day/night rotations, with a focus on patient safety, education, and discharge

Qualifications

• Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing (Required).
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Preferred).
• Experience in acute inpatient nursing and patient education is expected.

Responsibilities

• Assesss, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care for patients.
• Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary team.
• Promote patient safety and high-quality care.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and discharge planning.
