Geisinger is seeking an Inpatient Registered Nurse to join our team. The role includes direct patient care, assessments, education, and discharge planning within a unit team.

Eligible candidates may receive a hiring incentive up to $23,500 and shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends, with a minimum hiring rate of $41.41 per hour. Work is conducted in a clinical environment with opportunities to collaborate with physicians and ancillary staff.

Formación

• Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing (Required).
• Bachelor's Degree-Nursing (Preferred).
• RN license/eligibility as per state requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Completes assessments as established by scope of practice and unit standards.
• Addresses physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patient and family throughout the continuum of care.
• Coordinates patient care and education with interdisciplinary team and discharge planning.
• Provides direct patient care including treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies.
• Evaluates effectiveness of nursing interventions and revises plan of care.
