Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Floating Certified Nursing Assistant to join Navicent’s Resource Team. The role requires floating to Navicent, Baldwin, Peach and Rehab facilities. Schedule is full-time, 36 hours per week, with pay range $20.80–$31.20 per hour.

Responsibilities include assisting RNs with patient care, performing vital signs, documentation in EMR, round support, and medical testing as needed. Candidates should have a GED or HS diploma, BLS certification, and 2 years of acute care CNA

Responsibilities

• Assists RN with daily patient care including bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, and ambulation.
• Measures and documents vital signs and intake/output; documents in EMR.
• Performs rounding and communicates patient/family concerns to RN.
• Assists in admission, transfer, and discharge processes with orientation and room setup.
• Collects specimens and performs point-of-care tests as indicated.
• Maintains supplies, cleans equipment, and supports nursing area.
